Evaluate and Iterate

Data-driven and not precious about anything I build. Everything can be improved, but ROI is key.

ThoughtSpot Partner Sales Bootcamp - Singapore 2019

This bootcamp needed to empower ThoughtSpot’s channel partner organizations to position and sell ThoughtSpot solutions effectively. Typically, this was a 5-day training bootcamp, but our Singapore partners could only give us 2 days to complete the training.

The Challenge

  • A 5-day partner enablement program. Two days available.

  • No subject matter experts on-site.

  • Three senior executives in attendance — the Global Channel Sales Director, Chief Revenue Officer, and APAC Regional Sales Director — each with different definitions of success.

What I Did

  • Facilitated alignment across all three executives on outcomes, compressed and delivered training content solo, and coordinated agenda, materials, and company swag to a training site across the Pacific. Delivered on time.

  • Delivered 95% of all sales training materials, which subject matter experts typically delivered during regular employee sales bootcamps.

What it Produced

  • Partners left equipped to position and sell ThoughtSpot solutions independently. Zero content gaps despite the compressed timeline.

Building Graceful Resiliency Workshop

2023 TheCLUB Silicon Valley Annual Retreat

Goals

  • Empower leaders from many levels and multiple industries to Become More Resilient.

My Highlights

  • 90-minute workshop, focused on teaching self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.

  • Created a custom journal to enhance the stickiness of the training.

Significant Outcomes

  • This was the first in-person workshop utilizing key elements of Cultivate Empathy intellectual property. It was incredibly well-received, and I received a lot of positive verbal feedback.

  • After the success of the session, TheCLUB asked me to deliver another workshop on a different topic at the following year’s event.
